Our Retail Vision
Signature Leather is a customer-led organisation providing high levels of support to our Retail Partners on an individual basis. Our products reflect our policy of carefully selecting the best raw materials from suppliers with ‘Signatures’ of note.
The launch in 2006 of our Retail Partner Directory has been designed to support our authorized Retail Partners with direct links to their own websites. In addition, each of our Retail Partners’ geographic locations benefit from a ‘local’ perspective through our customized brand support.
We have carefully perfected our export delivery service focusing on a timely turnaround of orders recognizing that this leads to effective and hassle free importing and above all happy, satisfied customers.
Signature Leather carefully evaluates the appointment of its Retail Partners and has stringent criteria for resellers wishing to join the ranks of its premier retail channel. These include quality of the retail space, quality of service to the local community, experience and expertise of sales advisors and quality of third-party product offerings. All of which are designed to help create a network of elite resellers that offer Signature Leather customers the ultimate shopping experience.
