Jennifer Chang becomes the face of Signature Leather
Signature Leather designers start all design projects with two
principle targets.
They are to bring both Style and Performance to the design
and manufacture of our products for horse and rider.
We are therefore delighted to announce that Hong Kong based
International show jumping rider Jennifer Chang, who we
believe brings an abundance of both style and performance to
her sport, has decided to make Signature gloves her glove of
choice for training and competing.
What’s more our announcement also celebrates and provides
us with the opportunity to congratulate Jennifer on her most
important win to date – both personally and for Hong Kong --
in the August 12, 2007 Southeast Asian (SEA) League F.E.I.
World Cup Jumping Qualifier held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
At the end of this year’s series of 10 qualifiers, one SEA
League competitor will win a berth to compete at the World
Cup Final in Gothenburg, Sweden next Spring.
This is what Jennifer had to say about our gloves:
“I want to thank you for the fantastic Signature Leather gloves!
I put them to the test this past weekend in a number of
challenging situations with four horses over three days of
jumping... and they served me well indeed, particulary with my new horse, "Luxor", and my ex-race horse, "Sport Seeker", both of whom at times I find to be rather long on power and short on control so I need
always to have a solid grip of the reins! The gloves really do permit a good feel - I think the leather is amazing.”

Signature at Rolex
The Rolex Kentucky Three Day is an eventing competition held at the Kentucky Horse Park in Lexington, Kentucky.
The Rolex Kentucky is a CCI**** eventing competition, and the only four star show in the US. Four stars is the highest level of competition, the same level of competition as Olympic Eventing. Competition takes place over four days and Signature Leather is delighted to announce that we will be presenting our full 2008/2009 glove and halter collection at Rolex together with our Lexington based Kentucky Retail Partner Equestrian Classics located at Booth #5. We look forward to meeting you there!
Signature at Devon
Ever Since 1896, the Devon Horse Show and Country Fair have promoted horsemanship and horse breeding for confirmation, performance, and speed.
Celebrating its 110th anniversary this year, the show is the oldest and largest outdoor multi-breed horse competition in the United States. Signature leather is planning to be represented at the show in 2008 and further details will appear here shortly.
Donating to Ethiopian Charities
In 2008 Signature Leather intends to donate to Ethiopian charities in recognition of this country being the source for its raw materials. For each Signature glove sale in 2008 a donation will be made to a charity that will directly improve the quality of life for Ethiopian farmers and their families.
Charities that offer the most direct route to farmers are currently being researched.
